If I order an article in the online shop, how long is the delivery?
An order will be shipped to you within three workdays after the order. Normally after we send it out, you will have it the next day.

Can I visit your shop on Saturday?
Yes, we are opened on Saturdays from 11.00 AM till 5.00 PM.

My sizes for jacket and pantalon differ. Can I still order a suit?
Yes, this is no problem. You can order different sizes for pantalon or jacket.

If I order something in your shop, how long will it take for me to have my suit?
If you visit our store you can take your order home immediately.

I ordered something in the online shop, but it is to small/big! What now?
You can return the article for your appropriate sizew without any concern. Let us know in advance so we will make sure we have your size available when you visit us.

In what format should I send the logo?
Artwork for ties has to be delivered in a vector file: Encapsulated Post Script (.eps) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai). If you have no vector image at all, you might use vectormagic to create one.

Can I pay with credit card?
No, only cash or debit card are available in our shop
